These are the rules for using Called (“Called”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Called.
A call is a public prediction with your name on it. Once posted, a call, your side and how sure you said you were cannot be edited, backdated or deleted, by you or by us, except where the law requires us to remove something or the call breaks these rules. That permanence is what makes a track record worth anything. Think before you post.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show, share and promote it on Called and in links to Called (for example, the preview card when someone shares your call).
New calls may be reviewed (by a person or by an AI model) before anyone else sees them, and we may reject or remove ones that break these rules.
Calls resolve by the process on How calls get settled: a proposed outcome, a window to dispute it, and for disputed calls a decision that may be proposed by an AI model and can be overridden by an administrator. That decision is final for the purpose of Called, including any money on the call. We try hard to get it right, but we don’t promise every resolution will match how you read the question.
Trust and Standing are scores we calculate from your record, as described on How Trust works. They can’t be bought, and we may change how they’re worked out (and say so on that page).
You can stop using Called at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or the law. If we close your account for a reason other than fraud or a legal requirement, we’ll let you withdraw your remaining balance.
Called is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be available, error-free or fit for any purpose, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by things outside our control (including blockchains, wallets and third-party services). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of your balance on Called at the time of the claim. Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect; using Called after that means you accept it. Questions: hello@called.market.
